Mobile game prototyped in Unity and rebuilt from scratch in Dart/Flutter, which gained traction on TikTok and surpassed 2 million downloads on iOS and Android.
As co-founder in a team of six, guided the overall production process: gameplay mechanics, core systems, milestones, and team coordination, plus data analysis with the market analyst.
