My role: founder & sole engineer. Suprance is mine end to end — I designed it, wrote every layer (UI, API, AI pipelines, database, infra), and I ship and operate it in production.

Suprance

AI-built, human-guaranteed production apps — my own SaaS, built and run entirely by me, including its AI estimator.

  • Designed & built the whole product: marketing site, client dashboards and a custom admin that tracks every project through its stages.
  • Wrote the backend from scratch — Hono API (Node/TypeScript), Postgres + Prisma, and Claude (Anthropic) integration powering the AI features.
  • Owns its own infra: Dockerised, on Railway behind Cloudflare, shipped through CI several times a week — solo, no team, no agency.
  • Suprance Estimate — the built-in AI estimator: turns a free-text idea into scoped features, cost and timeline via structured prompts to Claude Sonnet, with guardrails for consistent output.
  • Multi-step intake UX and a shareable result page with auto-generated OG preview images for clean partner/social sharing.
  • One person across product, design, frontend, backend, AI and DevOps.
